How does sizing work?

Our sizing combines length and width for a more precise fit.

Numbers indicate length, while letters represent width based on chest size.

For example, if you usually wear a Medium in tops and your height aligns with a 56 length, a 56M would be the most suitable fit. You can also contact us for personalised sizing advice.

Are your garments tailored or ready-to-wear?

All pieces are ready-to-wear, developed using a our own perfected custom refined measurement system designed over 5 years to deliver a tailored feel without the wait.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping, with delivery options shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days but we aim for them to be delivered within 5-7 working days in the UK. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How should I care for my garment?

We recommend gentle washing or professional cleaning to maintain fabric quality and longevity. For our winter djellabas we reccomend a cold wash.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not accept any refunds unless there is damage to the product (note all our products are carefully inspected before being sent out).

We do however accept exchanges if the sizing is wrong. To avoid this, look at our size chart. Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed intact and free from any signs of wear or odour. Items will be thoroughly assessed by our returns and exchanges team.

Note that in the case of a refunded item allow for up to 14 days for money to be refunded into the payment account. Exchanges will be on a per order basis.
