Your order will be shipped as soon as it is processed. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number for your parcel.
Please also note, that once an item is with the courier service our control is limited so we do encourage contacting the relevant delivery company for your item. If for any reason we expect a delay beyond the stated timeframes, we will notify you immediately.
For customers outside the UK, please be aware that customs duties or import taxes may apply when your parcel reaches your country.
Collection can be arranged if you're based in London. We are based in East London and are happy to serve you on the basis of our availability and an appointment basis.
